LONGSHOTS SEEK CHANGE OF SCENERY IN 2007
Brooklyn, NY – Since starting play in the Fall of 2005,
the LongShots have been a constant in the Expo League
Hardtop Division. The LongShots have played the last
three seasons in the league and feel that it is time to
move onto a more organized and structured league. The new league also
brings a change of playing field, as they have played on
hardtop the last three seasons and the new league plays
on grass fields. Starting in the
spring of 2007, the LongShots will be playing in the Gowanus
Heights League. The Gowanus Heights League plays the
majority of their games at Six Diamonds / Dreier
Offerman Park located at
Cropsey Ave. and Bay
52nd St. For more information on the league log onto
their website at
Gowanus
Heights Softball League.
